Product Description The 54.6V 2A Electric Bike Charger is designed for 48V Lithium Batteries. It features a variety of input voltage options, including AC120V, DC5.5MM Jack Connector, 3-Prong Inline Connector, and 3pin XLR Plug.

There are a few reasons why the charger may not charge your scooter:

1. The charger is not suitable for your electric bike.
2. Due to the limited life of lithium batteries, your battery may be broken if it has been used for more than 12 months or unused for 2-3 months.
3. If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but the light does not turn red after connecting the electric bike, it may be because the positive and negative (+/-) connector of the charger does not correspond to the positive and negative (+/-) connector of your scooter, and there is no power to your scooter. You can try connecting the charger to your scooter from different interfaces.
4. If the green light goes out after connecting the electric bike, it may be due to an internal short circuit in the electric bike, which causes the charger's self-protection function to activate. In this case, you should check your electric bike battery and consider replacing it.
