Due to the size limitations of courier services, the rug must be folded before shipping. However, you need not worry, as the folding creases will disappear within 2-3 days after laying the rug on the floor.

Kind Reminder: 1. The rug is machine washable. Please air dry it and avoid using a machine to dry it. Alternatively, you can wipe it with a damp cloth when it becomes dirty. 2. When not in use, please roll up the rug to preserve its longevity.
